1. According to Tyler Thomas, Maria Dawe, his cohorts at the USDA, NYSDEC, Roadside Zoo News and another wildlife rehabilitator in New York State
working with Thomas, Leo is responsible for everything that occurred and discovered by the SPCA of Niagara County and NYSDEC on the evening of
December 6, 2016 at 3374 Beebe Rd., Newfane, NY in the town of Wilson, County of Niagara.
2. The following messages will sufficiently refute such an obvious lie, if one is not convinced by just reading and watching the news reports of the
happenings from that night.
3. Thomas and the NYS wildlife rehabilitator are lying and defaming the character of Carrie Leo in order to keep and/or get animals of hers Thomas'
friends in the USDA and NYSDEC have been helping to secret away unlawfully. Leo had all licensing in order (not that she needed licensing for mere
possession) when she first vied in the courts to get her animals back. However, the USDA and/or NYSDEC made contact with the courts directly or in
directly, causing intentional delays with games suggested to the defense attorneys facing off against Leo and passed on the lies about Leo since Leo
has relentlessly challenged both agencies personally and publicly - a feat most individuals refuse to do out of fear that they will lose their licensing
or suffer retaliation if they exercise any first amendment rights (including seeking redress) that fall anywhere short of glorifying both agencies.
